About the event
Within the Creative Space Residency Program, SUNGOD is launching programming under For Struggling Creatives, founded by Danté Laughlin. Utilizing the mobile studio to host art classes and design workshops, SUNGOD’s goal is to create an intimate setting where creatives in the community can engage youth and adults in expressive painting, up-cycled fashion projects, and dialogue around identity, intention, and creative storytelling in a series called “Craft & Convos”.
Partnering with local businesses such as The Yard will enhance attendees' experience, improve learning opportunities, and provide an open outdoor atmosphere. This program will run from July 1st to July 24th, 2025. Operating three days a week, it will offer opportunities to participate in four hands-on art classes and one creative freedom, hands-on design workshop.
